12 sessions, 45 minutes each, scheduled weekly or biweekly via Zoom.

6 - Month Package Includes:

24 sessions, 45 minutes each, scheduled weekly or biweekly via Zoom.

Individual package Includes:

45 minutes sessions via Zoom. The number of sessions is tailored to your specific needs.
