Going step by step, allowing time to care for me. Experimenting with morning routines, meditation, walking, exercising, improving nutrition helped me to get back to where I wanted to be. By making small progress in each area of my life I got on the right track to be a better healthier me, better mom & better role model for my kids.
Looking around I have noticed how many friends and family are having the same problems. In my quest of helping others, I was lucky enough to be able to enroll in ADAPT health coaching training program, which helped me to deepen and articulate my knowledge and experience.
Being a health coach and working with clients I have witnessed how even small changes performed consistently have a great impact on their lives. Helping you figure out where you want to be, who you want to become, what changes in your life you want to make is my passion.
