Brinete o deci ili nekom drugom \u010dlanu porodice? Igranje razli\u010ditih uloga u \u017eivotu mo\u017ee biti iscrpljuju\u0107e.<\/p><p>Akumulacija svakodnevnog stresa lako dovodi do toga da se \"istresemo\" na na\u0161e najbli\u017ee.<\/p><p>Kao \u0161to ka\u017ee moja kljijentkinja:\u00a0<em>\" Postala sam osoba u \u010dijoj blizini niko ne \u017eeli da bude.\"<\/em><\/p><p>Iako mo\u017eda ne izgleda jednostavno, neke tehnike mogu vam pomo\u0107i da budete smireniji i ljubazniji prema sebi i drugima.<\/p><p>Po\u010dev\u0161i od jutarnje rutine kao \u0161to je pospremanje kreveta, dobijate ose\u0107aj reda i to vam pru\u017ea smirenost.<\/p><p>Koriste\u0107i tehnike disanja kao \u0161to su 4-7-8 ( udahnete broje\u0107i do 4, zadr\u017eite dah brojite do 7, i onda dok izdi\u0161ete brojite do 8), 4-4-4 i ostale tehnike disanja poma\u017eu da izbalansirate autonomni nervni sistem i dovode do ose\u0107a relaksacije. Zapisuju\u0107i ujutru stvari na kojima smo zahvalni u \u017eivotu poma\u017ee da zapo\u010dnete dan sa ose\u0107ajem ispunjenosti i smanjuje uznemirenost.<\/p><p>Uvo\u0111enje ove prakse u svakodnevni \u017eivot \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i da budete smireniji, prisutniji i manje razdra\u017eljivi u odnosu na va\u0161e voljene. Ovo su samo neke od metoda koje umanjuju svakodnevni stres.<\/p><p>Rade\u0107i zajedno otkri\u0107emo koje su to metode koje odgovaraju vama li\u010dno i kako da ih uvedete u svoju svakodnevnu
